Semperfli fly tying wires are non tarnishing and can be used on a wide range of flies. 
 
Having developed and manufactured their own computerised spooling machinery Semperfli Non-Tarnish Fly Tying Wires are put onto the spool with touching turns in totally level traverse.  Why is this important? With Semperfli wires you will not get a birds nest when tying flies or have wires trapped.   All spools have a removeable cap to re-trap the wire once you have removed a section to tie your flies.
 
Use Semperfli fly tying wires in the normal and tie off with thread.  Then, rather than cutting the wire, simply wiggle and it will break saving damage to your scissors.

0.1mm wire is ultrafine and can be used even for small dry flies and it is micro light.  30 meters per spool. 42 SWG
0.2mm wire is ideal for lures, streamers, salmon, saltwater and predator flies.  20 meters per spool. 36 SWG
0.3mm wire is ideal for ribbing and adding weight to a fly, from delicate nymphs and dries through to large bugs, saltwater patterns and, of course, the famous Brassie Nymph. 10.5 meters per spool.
