Simply fasten the karabiner onto your waistcoat or jacket and the quick release clip onto your landing net and your landing net is safely kept attached to you thanks to the strong magnet on the tool. When you need your net the expanding cord will allow close netting, but give it a sharp tug and you release the magnet and are free to manoeuvre the net into any position.
The magnetic connection can also be used without the extending cord by attaching the net straight to the ring.
